WE ALL HAVE HEARD SOMEWHERE the following saying: Healthy mind in healthy body. Of course, there are many ways to keep the body healthy and one of them is to practice sports besides, by doing this, it can be prevented young people falling into any antisocial behavior. Knowking this CHOI non-profit, on behalf of its E.D. Mr. Jorge Villar and through its program of Technical Careers and Productive Workshops, led by Mr. Benjamín Aguilar, organized Summer School 2011 and among courses offered to comunity was Tae Kwon Do that was taught by the martial arts teacher John Montesa at the number 1 room of the Youth House and Antenor Orrego neighborhood.

Classes started on January 17 and there were 61 students, among boys and girls, that came from several neighborhoods. Even some family parentes were present as their children practiced. It was a good season in which children spent their vacations learning in a funny way.

TODOS HEMOS ESCUCHADO EN ALGÚN LUGAR el siguiente dicho: Mente santa en cuerpo sano. Por supuesto, hay muchas maneras para mantener el cuerpo sano y una de ellas practicar deporte además, haciendo esto, se puede prevenir que los jóvenes se involucren en alguna conducta disocial. Conociendo esto, la ONG CHOI, en la persona de su director ejecutivo Sr. Jorge Villar y a través de su programa de Carreras Técnicas y Talleres, dirigido por el Sr. Benjamín Aguilar, organizaron la Escuela de Verano 2011 y entre los cursos ofrecidos a la comunidad se contó Tae Kwon Do, el cual fue compartido por el profesor de artes marciales John Montesa en el salón Nro 1 de la Casa de la Juvento del barrio Antenor Orrego.

Las clases empezaron el 17 de enero y hubieron 61 estudiantes, antre niños y niñas, quienes procedían de varios barrios. Incluso algunos padres de familia estuvieron presentes mientras sus hijos practicaban. Fue una buena temporada en la cual los niños pasaron sus vacaciones aprendiendo de manera divertida.
