CHOI Summer School 2011: Volleyball

ANOTHER SUMMER COURSE, offered by CHOI non-profit organization to the kids of several communities nearby la Victoria neighborhood in Chimbote, was volleyball. Classes were conducted from Monday to Friday and in charge of the teacher José Soza who was teaching 33 participants techniques and fundaments needed to learn so that they be able to discover and strengthen their skills in this popular sport. The sporting field of the Youth House in Antenor Orrego neighborhood, was used for students to practice.

Through this activity, participants could spend their summer vacations learning in a funny way and making new friends from other neighborhoods. Donations received by CHOI were used to get accessories also needed in this sport.

ESCUELA DE VERANO CHOI 2011: CLASES DE VOLEY

OTRO CURSO DE VERANO, ofrecido por la ONG CHOI a los niños de varias comunidades cercanas al barrio La Victoria, fue voley. Las clases se desarrollaron de lunes a viernes y estuvieron a cargo del profesor José Soza quien estuvo enseñando a 33 participantes las técnicas y fundamentos que se necesitan aprender para que puedan descubrir y reforzar sus habilidades en este deporte popular. La loza deportiva de La Casa de la Juventud del barrio Antenor Orrego, fue usada para que las estudiantes practiquen.

A través de éstas actividad, las participantes pudieron pasar sus vacaciones de verano aprendiendo de manera divertida y haciendo nuevos amigos de otros barrios. Las donaciones recibidas por CHOI se usaron para conseguir los accesorios que también se necesitaron en este deporte.
