Second Day Of Dental Fluorization Campaign And Activities For Children. May-2014

Here is information on the continuation of the itinerant dental care campaign. This time we decided to reach out children living in outlying areas of the city, also known as invasions, where most of the humble communities are located. So, the whole team arrived in "16 de Julio" settlement and educated attendees and made them aware -by singing, playing games and playing roles- on the importance of taking care of their teeth. Then, children teeth were fluorized.

We went back there in the afternoon to hold a VBS for children and teens. They learnt about the love of Jesus for humanity through diferent activities they participated in. (Previous and next day)

Segundo Día de Campaña de Fluorización Dental y Actividades para Niños. May-2014

Aquí más información sobre la campaña de fluorización dental itinerante. Ésta vez decidimos llegar a los niños que viven en las zonas periféricas de la ciudad, conocidas como invasiones, donde están ubicadas la mayoría de las comunidades humildes. Así, todo el equipo llegó al Asentamiento Humano "16 de Julio" y concientizó a los asistentes -mediante canciones, juegos y sketchs- sobre la importancia del cuidado dental. Luego, se fluorizó los dientes de los niños.

En la tarde regresamos a la misma comunidad para llevar a cabo una Escuelita Bíblica para niños y adolescentes donde aprendieron acerca del amor de Jesús por la humanidad a través de las diferentes actividades en las que participaron. (Día anterior y siguiente)
